It’s unusual to find a single varietal Cabernet Franc from Bordeaux and this is reflected in La Bergeronnette, the French name for the white wagtail often spotted in the 2ha plat. Slow and gentle extraction in stainless steel tanks and very little pumping over allow for the cabernet Franc aromas, elegant palate and silky tannins to come to the fore.
