In the wine cellar we have reached a certain balance between tradition and modernism. A little out of the ordinary, we are among the last Bordeaux Superieur to make wines for laying down “in the same way of Grands Crus”.Château Fleur Haut Gaussens was designed to live and evolve without the years upsetting its character. Finesse and elegance are permanent traits of Château Fleur Haut Gaussens identity as well as the subtle balance between aromatic richness and the power of tannins. The delicately vinified grape varieties express the essence of our terroir and allow our wines to reveal their full volume and flesh.

Yes, you read that right, a garage! 💡In the 90s, Hervé Lhuillier saw this garage as an unfermented grape – not very glamorous at first glance, but with incredible potential to be discovered! 🍇 it was the starting point for an extraordinary wine and family adventure! 👨👩👧👦 🍷A lot of wine went into the glasses, and a lot of sweat and investment went into seeing our modest garage metamorphosed, worthy of a cask tale! 🛠️Les walls that once held tools and tires now house oak barrels and winemaking secrets. 🍇 @Fleur Haut Gaussens has its 🏰 and it’s the fruit of an unwavering commitment to quality, tradition and a passion for wine.
